New Report Shows State Investments In Early Learning Paying Off

“This report confirms that Early Learning Scholarships are reaching a diverse mix of families from around the state and families are able to choose the program that best fits the needs of their children. Additionally, the study showed that children receiving scholarships to attend highly rated Parent Aware early childhood programs made the greatest gains on most key early development metrics, including early literacy skills.”
